Sound isolation and consultation
Acoustical environments are greatly effected by the impact of both inside and outside noise vibration sources such as traffic, airplanes, trains, and room-to-room transmissions such as HVAC and machine equipment. These environments have to be carefully studied and minimized for production and comfort.
Suffolk Studio Design provides analysis and acoustic measurement services to determine the acoustical performance of slabs, ceilings, and walls, either existing or to-be-built. Plans and or construction descriptions are provided for walls, slabs, and ceilings, room-within-room construction, specifications, and special acoustical isolation joint details. On-site inspection, management, and consultation provided to ensure effective sound isolation.
